Um, what is wrong with Billy Ray Cyrus and his wife? Their daughter Miley is a mere 15 years old and is shown on the cover of Vanity Fair magazine looking, well, naked. The photos,which were shot by renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz, have been circulating on the internet and have caused a backlash. Suddenly an apology from the tween superstar has surfaced. (And just for the record I think Miley’s parents, who are supposed to be RESPONSIBLE for her, should be the ones apoplogizing.)
The singer tells People magazine: “My goal in my music and my acting is always to make people happy. For Vanity Fair, I was so honored and thrilled to work with Annie [Leibovitz]. I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be ‘artistic’ and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed.”
Describing the photo session to PEOPLE, a source close to Cyrus reiterated the teen’s excitement at working with Leibovitz, and also said of the shoot: “Her parents were there all day. [Father] Billy Ray shot, too.”
Though Cyrus’s parents left before the final shot, with Miley supposed to be appearing topless, the source said: “Miley’s grandmother and her teacher were there when she shot it. Annie convinced them it was going to be artistic. Her parents are mortified. They know this is a learning moment for Miley.”
Please. I highly doubt that team “Miley Cyrus” would have no creative control and/or approval of what shots would be used on the cover of a national magazine. That being said, I think it is pretty sad that this poor young girl (who is actually talented) is being whored out by her family and everyone else around her. Has no one learned anything from the mess that is Britney Spears?
A giant cloud of thousands of bees mysteriously appeared and began to swirl in a “tornado pattern” around a Central Florida Mexican restaurant, according Local 6 news. OMG! That is my nightmare come to life. Customers at Oxie’s restaurant located near Highway 17-92 and Plymouth Avenue in DeLand said they noticed a cloud in the sky and thought it was raining. They then realized, the cloud was a swarm of bees. Witnesses said the bees began to swirl like a tornado and menace customers Thursday. “I looked and it was like a tornado of bees just all around our parking lot, swarming,” said restaurant worker Marie Olson.

We always thought clowns were evil. Turns out we’re right - at least in one case. According to Long Island newspaper Newsday, Alexander Zacarias of Westbury, New York, who moonlighted as a children’s party clown was arrested Wednesday on charges of possessing and promoting child pornography. While police said there was no evidence that Zacarias had abused or photographed any children himself, we here at Douchebags.com think he is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. A super-douchbag indeed.

Segregated from the general population because of his celebrity status, Doherty is allegedly receiving perks that take other inmates weeks to earn, such as an extra television, radio and mattress, according to the UK paper the Sun.
